hello everyone so I have a problem first of all I send money to my friend but by mistake I send it twice I contact him and told him, but the real problem for him it's showing rejected and he didn't receive any money and for me it's showing money sent-pending they money not in my account and he didn't receive it
Sounds like an echeque, if you funded it from your bank account and it was a friends/family payment then it will go as an echeque as there is no fee and so paypal use the slowest electronic transfer option, so you have to wait for it to clear first and then he can refund it.
