money received

I received money in my paypal account from someone. I got an email saying I had received money. It also shows up in my activity section, but does not show up in my paypal balance like other times when I have received money. It also did not transfer to my bank acct. Any ideas where it is?

The link no longer exists...it has been over 5 business days and I still not have received the funds in my bank account...I am relying on this money to come in so I can feed myself and my pets who do not have food at the moment...Why is my money not available?

The link is fine for the OP who is in the US and who i replied to.

However it may not work for you but i can't advise as you haven't said what country you are in.
