money paid to wrong non exixtent address

Hello,

I have paid an amount into a non existent address which is showing " pending not claimed" and " cancel" I click on cancel and it takes me to the next page

" confirmation of cancelation" and " click cancel"

The cancel box appears to be underneath  the Pay Pal " HELP   CONTACT US  SECURITY " at the bottom of the page so I cannot access it.

Is there  a way to remove/move " HELP  CONTACT US  SECURITY " ?

Thanks for reaching out! It sound like this may be a bit of a device or browser error. I'd recommend trying to login using a different device or clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history. That should do the trick! If all else fails, our Customer Support can assist a bit further there.
