streetbees has send me 4.35 dollar in my paypal account i got a email from pay pal but money is not showing in my account and have claimed money many times please help

Unlikely you can be 'paid' on an Indian personal account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
