I received a refund to my PayPal account from an online store. Initially I didn’t use my card to pay as I purchased goods in a real store in London. So it was a money transfer rather than a refund. I can see that they money were sent to my PayPal when I log in to my PayPal account. However, I can not view them in my bank account linked to my PayPal. I tried Wallet and Withdraw option but my PayPal balance is 0.00 pounds. Very strange, as I would imagine if they sent money to my PayPal account I would have had them on my PayPal balance, isn’t it? Should I contact a store or PayPal? Is there a way to move these money to my bank account so I can use them? Thank you, Leyla.
