My Bank is paying a DD to someone who is using PAYPAL's name. They claim it is coming from JP Morgan in Bournmouth. I called them, but the told me to contact lloyds, my Bank. The Bank says they have refused to cancel Paypal DD They went back to 2008 and the total amount is about £12,000. I could not speak to anyone at PayPal my letters were ignored by JP Morgan and my telephone calls to Lloyds were not passed on to the Fraud Dept, until I mentioned this site and the number of identical complaints. I am waiting for a reply from the Fraud Dept at Lloyds, but I think they gave me the wrong number.
