I had an item sell on ebay, the payment shows as pending. The link next to the ebay payment which is an hour glass icon stated "View PayPal transaction" I hit the link, logged into my account and no transaction was or is pending. I contacted the buyer, got a PayPal transaction number for the cash transfer. there is no such transaction number listed in my account. I emailed PayPal and got a form letter back with items to check. I reviewed the listing, my PayPal email address was correct.
Anyhow, I am trying to get up with a live person to follow up on the transaction number but have had no luck. Sitting on hold for the last hour. Got any suggestions as to how to track this payment down?
