hi, I've lost some moneys from a item sold via ebay, the end buyer has sent money to my account but it wasn't linked correctly at the time they sent the money. the account is all linked up now but the funds haven't reached my account. Any help please on how or who to contact to get the funds. i'm not very good with technology so answers in little steps please.
