missing money

I am a new seller at eBay but I have had my PAYPAL account for years. I sold an item on eBay on January 12,2020 and eBay is saying funds was sent to PayPal but the funds aren't in my PayPal account. Both accounts are linked so that can't be the issue, can someone help me please.
