how do i get my money back after an unauthorised payment got taken by <removed>? i didnt sign up with this fraudulent company in the first place!

Check if you had a subscription set up...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

2.

Click on the transaction and use the 'report a problem' on that details page to mark it unauthorised if it was ie your paypal account was hacked and used by that company without your consent.
