Haven't done this in ages. I overcharged a buyer for shipping, and would like to issue a credit for the difference. There doesn't seem to be a "partial refund" choice, when I go to the buyers purchase ... only "Refund" appears. Afraid if I choose "Refund" ... it will automatically refund the entire amount.
