issue with refund

Hello, I have a problem. I had an old cc on my PayPal account with which I purchased an item. After that I updated my cc and the old one is not longer valid. Then I received a refund from the purchased item to my old card which was no longer in my PayPal account or valid and now I am having trouble getting that refund. I had already spoken with a PayPal representative but they told me I had to wait for 15 days before PayPal could actually help me with the case. Nothing has been solved yet and I ask for your help. Its the last refund in my PayPal account of $59.98. Thanks so much for your help and I look forward to hear from you soon! Sina Pfau

Did your old and new card both belong/ed to the same card ACCOUNT or is it a completely new card and account?
