invoice - payment pending

How do I "claim" money from the invoice I sent? It shows that it's there and just says, "payment pending." Thank you

How do I make sure that payment pending to a merchant is finally done? I has a dispute on it but want to cancel the dispute and pay. He is still waiting on the payment which shows as Pending for $82.50.
