i tried sending payments to a friend of mine in netherlands from india last time i did it i paid around 5% in fees but this time its comming close to 15% can anyone explain this ? the euro conversion rates are way to high and after reciving he also has to pay taxes on that 1
note in indian paypal we dont have option to pay friends and family so every payment i did was done with calcution and extra added money so at his end he gets at full amount
