i transferred money over to a friend but didn’t realize i was low on money in my card at the time. a few days later i received an email from paypal saying i have insufficient funds so they’ll retry in 3 business days. during that time span i went to the bank to deposit money into my card. now i have way more than enough money in my card for the transaction to happen. a few days later i received an email from capitol one saying they extracted $25 (the amount i transferred to my friend) from my card so i expected the money to be transferred to her. a few days passed and she texted me saying she still haven’t received the money and that the transaction is still pending. we decided to wait another 7 business days to see if anything will change. is this a bad thing? will i have to do something to fix this situation?
