im being scammed

I purchased a controller and I sent the money to the seller. he responds he didn't get the money. so then he accidently send me a request for another 20 dollars confirming to me I sent the money to the right account. now I don't know how to get my money back. I had other ppl message this seller and hes trying to scam them to by asking for paypal information.

It would help if you said HOW you paid, was it friends / family or goods / services.

If it was the latter then open a dispute for non receipt of item.

Also if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you have the option to do a chargeback.
