I can't withdraw, i can't send, i can't buy anything paypal gives error. We're unable, error occured I WILL LOSING MY MIND. I HAVE 800$ BUT I CAN'T WITHDRAW. I DID READ ALL DOCUMENTS IN PAYPAL I CALLED PAYPAL. MY ACCOUNT VERIFIED ACCOUNT CARD AND BANK. WHAT I DO? PLEASE HELP PLEASE. I WAITED 24 HOURS BUT STILL DOESNT WORK EVERYTHİNG. Leave the account alone for a while, a week so the security system can reset and cool down. Then try again. The more you repeat failed actions, the more the system locks up. Before you try again, clear out browser cache/cookies, restart device, even restart your router/wifi connection. Bad or unstable signals can interfere with data transfers too.
