Hi, Please help me to send refund to my client for echeque payment. My client gave me echeque payment and asked me refund but after 7 days that payment credited in my bank account. Now i want to give refund but when i try to send refund this is not working and error showing (You don’t have sufficient balance to complete this payment. Add funds or add a bank account and confirm it). My bank card and account already connected and working fine to receive fund in my bank account then why this is happening? Please help me
