hello! my aunt had sent me a payment through paypal of 400 USD, but paypal was going to hold it for some reason for over 21 days so i just refunded her the full thing and decided to just have her snail mail me a money order, BUT she hasn't received the refund yet and her paypal shows 0.00 and she doesnt see the money back on her card either that she has linked.
