i put my account as a payment method on Etsy but no one can purchase any thing

many customers tries to purchase  some thing from my shop on Etsy marketplace but every time this message appear 

""  sorry ,we can't complete your purchase  at this time please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay ""

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

I am trying to buy something on etsy but it won't transfer me to paypal at all. i just get "There was a problem with your order. Please try again. If you continue to have problems, please contact support". When I contact support, they say ask paypal. So here I am. I am in the UK and so is my seller.
