eng: hello, first of all sorry for my bad english. I bought forza horizon 4 game in g2a.com, i got the activation key, but i cant activate it because its says that code was allready activated by someone else. I did a message to support and i refunded my money (€32.83). The problem is, i got a notification in paypal, i got the refunded money BUT my balance is still 0,00. I checked my credit card (BRD) and the refunded money is doasnt in my credit card. I did the payment on g2a in 9 February 2021 16:12:57 UTC, i refunded the money in 10 February 2021 17:42:59 CET.
