my buyer send me money to 480$ and that money i get it in bank accoyunt. but problem is i refunded him that money then at that time paypal put all my transactios on hold and wallet become minus 480$ so i refunded my buyer to 480$ that time i refunded paypal cut my two times 480$ it means 480$+480$=960$ cut but they told me they cut 1 time for refund to my client and 1 time for remove my negative balance so i wants to know that why paypal take it from me two times balance from me thish is my money and i refunded to my client so why i pay to paypal to remove my negative balance for 480$ there for i wants to talk with them and i wants to call them so any one able to gave me indian hep line number i wants to talk on call with them.
