i didn't notified after sent money

Hello,

 

I sent money to someone who has an account on PayPal but I didn't receive any message or mail to know if it reached or not

I'm using my bank account as a payment method, does it take time or what is the problem?

You may check the other folders or spam of your email.

 

If it's still not showing you can refer to the link below. If the payment is Completed, the recipient has received the money. The payment was successful.

Thanks @Hemerk 

 

The problem was the payment using a bank account in my country is not an option that's why nothing is happening 

I sent a mail to support and they clarified that for me.

 

In the end, my experience with that was not good because it would be better if there was an error message shown to me and clarifying that the transaction can't be done due to that error or even a mail instead of this hassle
