you should be able to buy stuff with a Paypal balance without linking
a Bank card to the Paypal I have done it before. but to make sure follow these
steps to ask a Paypal Professional
#1 Login to you summary Paypal balance page
#2 scrolled all the way down & click on (Contact us)
#3 scrolled all the way down & click on (Email us)
#4 select (Payment)
#5 select (sending money) or something similar to buying stuff
#6 ask the question in the window about the question your asking here
#7 send the email
