i am residing in india, can i accept payment from indian clients. ?

Hi all,

I have some affiliate network that allows taking payment from PayPal only. But i was told few months back that we cannot take payment within India, I mean a Indian business cannot accept payment from another business in India or Individual cannot accept payment from another individual staying in India. is that true?

In order to receive domestic payments within India, a merchant needs to be approved.

@Oregon11 thanks for the reply. But am looking to get payments from email id. I don't have PayPal integrated into my website. The link you gave is for that.
