how to use paypal balance to buy on ebay

hello, so i sell and buy on ebay and i have paypal balance but when i try to print a label or buy something on ebay it make me use my debit card. i have no idea how to make it to use paypal balance, when i go to WALLET tab it only show my debit card , when i try to change PREFERRED WHEN PAYING ONLINE only thing clickable is my debit, i just dont want to use my debit card no more for ebay stuff can someone help me?

I am having the same problem - I use to be able to click to pay with my paypal balance (which is over $300) and now I only have the option to pay with a credit card / debit card or click paypal and it sends me to a page link my debit card / credit card with my paypal account.  And if I click on ebay to change the automatic payment option it gives the option to link paypal but I have to again link a credit or debit card for the payments to come from.

LeJune22, were you able to figure our how to resolve this issue?
