how to show you've received that product???

how to show I've received the product so I don't have to go through every item to see whats arrived and whats not. I don't want to delete in case I need that company again but also don't want to look through everything Ive bought over and over again. There must be some easy way like change the colour or add something???

Sorry, there is no way to do that from the buyer side unless you ask seller to add tracking into the PayPal transaction and then you can confirm receipt.
