how to cancel transaction?

I made a payment to an online store on the 20th for £79.99
I haven't received any confirmation email and the website seems to have disappeared. The goods haven't arrived yet either.
It's showing as pending but there's no option to cancel. I've tried emailing the vendor but get no reply. How do I go about cancelling this transaction? I've already left a report via the message us popup chat window.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
Advice is voluntary.
