how to cancel a payment

hi just paid for a bike twice the first time i sent it , paypal asked if i was paying for a business or service i said yes and sent the payment as a pending cheque thing, so i had to transfer again but to a friend now i cant cancel the first payment any ideas

You can't cancel a pending echeque, but once its completed through to the seller they can issue you with a refund.

Unfortunately though they won't get back the fee that they will be charged when your echeque clears.

oh my I am new to Paypal and now I am learning from my mistakes!! SMH, not good way to learn when its dealing with money
