i purchased a product on alibaba. i ordered for 50pieces of that product and they agreed. after making payment, they claim that they don't have the product/stock on ground and they have to buy materials, and buying materials will result to making 500 pieces i.e the minimum order is now 500pcs. i complained i don't need 500pcs but the 50pcs we agreed on before making payment.
now for them to refund my money they claim my account is not available i provided them with my second account they claim both account is not available.
please how do i go about it. i've sent them mails several times. i have complained but still no refund.
