As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.

The large amounts of cash folks are trying to withdraw are a lot more than any game could earn with their advertisement sponsorships.

This is about this so called game Mood to Merge this game shows that I have been payed out to PayPal successfuly these amounts 755$,800,500$,&300$ well we’re is the money then this game is violating its own rules they set forth and should be forced to pay out the money they claim that they have to each person that has the same problems and a nation wide lawsuit should be filed especially against games that claim these large payouts they should fall under the gaming laws that are in place for fair gaming the same people that check the casinos and carnivals to ensure that the games can be won at there job is exactly this to prevent scams like this well wen a game claiming u have been payed to PayPal in any court of law that is a admission that u are owed this is there any lawyers out there that wants to do sum homework on this for one they admit we won this and another is they are violating there own rules in place for their games well that obviously should void them from any loopholes in the laws just the admission alone that we have won this and it’s been placed into PayPal should be enough to hang them N shut all these fake **bleep** games down for good I seriously wish a group of lawers would do sumthing about this just look what I’m owed alone your talking billions in a major lawsuit here just waiting for sum lawer with balls to take

I have been playing a gaming app on my phone for about two days now, it is called 2 for 2 Connect to Win, I won $900 in total.  The app pays to my PayPal account and the transaction took about four days.  When it completed the notification said successful and to check my PayPal account to get the money.  However, there is no money in my account, is this gaming app a scam or will it take a while for the money to appear in my account?  I did do some research about this issue online and most gaming apps do not payout.  However, if the transaction to the PayPal account does not go through it will say failed or, there will be some other type of notification indicating the PayPal transaction did not go through.  In this case, the notification that I receive stated successful which would indicate that the PayPal transaction did go through.  Therefore, I was wondering what exactly is the case here, is this app a scam or should I wait a little longer?
