how can i refund the money if i can't find the refund button?

I am really appreciate for your help in advance.

even it is within 180 days, I can't find the refund button.

and the paypal help keep talk to same answer ...use the refund button.

as I can save fee as i use the refund option, I really want to use refund option instead of send option.

please help me~.
