how can i receave my moneys back if the mail wasnt confirmated and the payments was canceled?

How can i get my moneys back?

In email appear the transaction but in paypal not.

The buyer showed  to me that i was paye, but he said that the moneys goes back to him.

please help me!!

Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
