how can i check my refund.. when..it cant be found on paypal activity menu

my mein issue is how can i check my refund? if there is no activity history..

not even buying activity.... i guess  i ordered items overseas 

that`s the problem..

I ordered shoes at new balance official website in australia..

at that time, they been through some kind of system outage...

after 2 weeks i couldn`t get my tracking number as well... so i make a call overseas.........

the item was out of stock  so they cancel my oder... Feb.17.20 

but i can even check my order&refunds detail..

so plz if you had this kind of experience  please answer me

Check your funding source (bank account or debit/credit card) for any refunds/release of held funds under Pending temporary authorization. It can take up to 30 days for any refund/held funds to be released.
