I received an email that infom me that I received a payment and prompt me to claim my money by log in my paypal account.But by entering in my account I can't find how to claim my money and add it to my paypaldeposite
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with that unclaimed payment. First thing I recommend is to make sure your email address is confirmed. Next, you'll want to check that your PayPal account is Verified. That should normally do the trick.
