hold on my account

so i used my paypal credit to purchase something from gamestop on march 29th and gamestop went and cancelled the order but the payment is still on hold on my paypal account, i'm confused as to what to do because the hold should've fallen off already

just curious how long it took for the hold to come off because i'm going through the same thing now and its been 23 days
