hold money

i want to ask about my hold ammount . how can i buy and send the order to the customer if you hold the money . so release the money from hold to available to buy the product .thanks

You are not supposed to sell items you do not have in your possession OR have the means to post the item to the buyer.

Funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day OR 21 days if you don't send with tracking.
