They are trying to send me a smaller amount, ecc 20 eur, to my paypal account
however, throw them the following message:
This account cannot receive money due to some regulations.
Since I just opened an account, about 15 days ago, and confirmed it only two days ago, does that mean I still have to wait to receive the money?
what is the problem and how can i solve it?
