I've made purchase for 4 items, (3 orders) from ebay.
And due to payment transaction error, I've made payment 2 times for this purchase via credit card in paypall. And my first payment has been accepted to the supplier. But second payment is transferred from my credit card but its still being in hold status in bank statement. And on 05 April seller in ebay told me that he is cancelled purchase because of payment for shipping is higher than he thought, so he refunded my payment fully (US $47.99).
So, i need get back 2 orders money from paypal.
I contacted to bank and they're told me that i should contact to paypal and it seems being in hold in your bank account.
What should i do?
