hello everyone quick question about funds being returned after 30 days

I sent funds to an individualand now they are locked out of their account.  If those funds are not accessesed within 30 days is it true they return to me?

ok then it sounds as if you sent a friends/family payment to an email address that is linked to an open paypal account and has successfully transferred.

Are you sure its a friend or family member? Only its a scammers trick to get you to send that way knowing you have 0 buyer protection and then pretend they can't access the funds.
