I have funds in my wallet and in the past these have been used first as a means of payment but Paypal have taken funds out of my bank leaving the funds in my wallet untouched.
1. Are the funds in your balance in the correct currency?
2. Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?
3. Do you use pay after delivery at all?
4. Have you set this...........
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
