Hi! I have a problem and although I can no longer pay with PayPal on eBay. Ebay gives me the message: "please fix the problems with your paypal account ." No idea what it means is my account is sufficiently covered and could always pay with paypal before. If I choose payment option paypal then I have to sign up email and password and then I will be forwarded to a Siete where I should own my IBAN and date of birth if I do that and continue clicking I get the message: they have already with linked to this paypal account. Still can not pay afterwards ..... Please help me that has been going on for weeks. Thank you very much
