first time seller

Hello and I am a first time seller, the buyer is wanting me to do extra things and the 513. payment won't go through till i buy a non refundable 300.00 ebay gift card so I am just trying to make sure that I am not getting scammed. Please help

You are getting scammed.

You don't ever have to buy gift cards or vouchers to receive money.

Common scam, no money in your paypal balance = you have NOT been paid.
