fees

everytime i request money from someone, i get it with $1 or $2 missing and it says that i paid a fee. i would like to know how to get the whole balance

If you are selling and receiving paypal payments then you pay a fee.

Paypal is not free and they need fees to pay their staffs wages and run the service !!
