In general, there may be multiple reasons why you may be unable to make a card payment using your PayPal account. For example, it may be that your card has not been enabled and in that case, please contact your card issuer. It may also be that your account has been limited and if this happened, simply complete the steps in your Resolution Centre. Otherwise, your payment may have been prevented for security reasons. If this is the case, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
