trying to transfer money to a friends paypal account but for some reason its giving me the same error message and im unable to withdraw my funds... my card is currently inside my vehicle and its impounded and really need to gain access to my funds
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
