hey !

I have a problem adding paypal to my ebay account. when I try to set  my paypal as automatic payment method its showing me this message:

Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.       

what means and how can i solve this problem?

Could be eBay's way of getting seller to use their Managed Payments:

If you are not a seller, you can try canceling the link to eBay if it appears there in the Manage Automatic Payments in your Account settings > Payments and retry linking again after clearing browser cache and PayPal cookies and restarting device.
