ebay Your payment is pending.

I have bought an item on  ebay, the iteam is in my purchase history and i have recived an ored on my mail, but money did not cat from my credit card, and in purchase it is writen that Your payment is pending. how can i finish this operation,

It is up to the seller to capture or claim the payment. Until they claim the payment, it will be marked Pending.
