I did select paypal payment, it open a popup screen then entering the password and it get back to ebay page with the following message 


Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:

  • Select a different payment option.
  • Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

I'm having the same problem. I have the transaction pending 7 times.
