I have an item on eBay for sale, and a potential buyer offered me 250.00 more and was willing to pay 150.29 for overnight shipping. All I had to do was send him a PayPal money request, then message him through Facebook that it was sent. Is this a scam somehow through PayPal by the user for me to request money, then they request a refund? Not sure just sounded shady, or he was just willing to pay extra to get around eBay. But the auction is for 7 Days so I told him to bid on it if he really wanted it. Thanks for any feedback!
